The Law Office of Peter F. Michaelson, P.C. opened November of 1997 and emphasizes the practice of law in the areas of real property, ranch conservation, construction, civil litigation, business law and entity formation, contracts, community associations, as well estate planning and probate work. Governor Owens appointed Pete as the County Court Judge in Custer County, in September 2003. Consistent with that judicial perspective, in 2006 Pete became a certified mediator after attending an extensive interactive training course and now offers those services as well in all dispute areas including domestic relations.
